Divulge the Secret of a Genius

Divulge the Secret of a Genius

Mona Lisa, the world’s greatest portrait and an art that capture the world’s imagination made by Leonardo da Vinci. Leonardo is an artist, inventor and engineer, who were also a disciple of experience and experiments. The Art made by Leonardo, who inspired poetry, sculpture and many more by her enigmatic smile. The Mona Lisa was not yet famous of her mysterious smile but in time she became a super star.

Now scientists discovered two portraits of the Mona Lisa, the Mona Lisa in the Louvre in Paris and the Isle worth Mona Lisa. Scientists are trying to divulge the secret. There are two theories, the 1st theory is the “traditional theory” that everyone believed that the Mona Lisa in the Louvre”, 2nd theory is that there are completely different paintings.

It all started when the Mona Lisa in the Louvre is becoming a super star, Vincent
Perugga; a handy man in the Louvre stole the Mona Lisa for two years. But in 1913 the Mona Lisa that got stolen was already been retrieved in the museum. Hugh Blanker is in search of a rare objects came to an art dealer that who wants to sell a rare painting. That he found a Mona Lisa but has a strange difference that Mona Lisa: Isle worth Mona Lisa seems to be youthful and unfinished than the Mona Lisa in the museum.
Clues can be found in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, a book in the 16th century that describes the Mona Lisa has her “eyelashes” that marks an extraordinary feature, French technician Pascal Cotte tried to solve the mystery of the missing eyebrows, he used a high-resolution to records the different wavelengths of time. Behind three layers of the painting, that she has her eyebrows but, experts said that how does it disappeared, they said that that someone removed the varnished on top of the Mona Lisa, or something that is aggressive to the painting on the Mona Lisa on the Louvre. Another book by Vasari describes the painting to be unfinished that illustrates the Isle worth Mona Lisa. Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, John Asmus a research physicist, used a experiment of statistics of brightness and pixels to determined the hand strokes of the artist, the results were beyond unexpected that the both paintings are identical, 99.9% sure.

The Mystery of the Mona Lisa is still not uncovered even by the use of science technology, which cannot outwit a genius as Leonardo da Vinci. Some people may tell that Leonardo painted both, there still not evidence and experiment to divulge the of the mysterious portrait

The smart watch is a wearable technology, a wristwatch with a screen and the ability to do more than the time. How much a smart watch can cost? Because it only takes for about 50%-85% less discount from the original price. How do smart watch work? Smart watch works its full potential when its hooked up to a Smartphone. Either from telling time, it can notify new messages and incoming calls from a Smartphone; it can be accomplished by turning on the Bluetooth of our phones. It gives notifications from the phones. Smart phones have their own built in camera and video recorder but the features of the camera of the Smart watch are not like the same features of a camera of a Smartphone. Will any smart watch work with any Smartphone? The answer is still depends on any Smartphone that we use, if it is compatible to the Smartphone that we use, it will also connect. Another thing, a smart watch has the capable of sending its own message and it can call our friends and families. It has a built in sim slot and a built in memory storage.

iPhone vs. Android

 iPhone vs. Android

Who do we think is better? The iPhone (IOS) or the Android (OS), iPhone and Android are like competing for 6 years. The first iPhone was unveiled to the public in 2007 by Steve Jobs and the first android was unveiled in 2008. So lot things changed in the world of technology. The Question still remains who is better? Steve Jobs said in 2007, “We are introducing 3 revolutionary product.” The first one is a widescreen iPod witch touch controls, (2) revolutionary mobile phone and (3) a Breakthrough Internet communication device. Three separate devices in one device and they called it the “iPhone.” Android, powered by Google, different apps in Google play store. Android is like a food, Google named it by sweet foods. We have the Android Kit Kat, Jellybean, Ice Cream Sandwich, Honeycomb, Ginger bread, Froyo, Eclair and Donut. Android said it is “Beautiful and Immersive (Android is a more polished design, improved performance and new features) “, “Smart and Simple (Google improves every corner of the Android experience)”, and last “Grab and Go (It has new features that help us get things done while we are on the move)”

Now on the web there are debated about who is better. YouTubers says that Android beats the iPhone in 7 reasons. First it has Customization, widgets and skins, (2) It has more hardware options, including rugged phones, (3) It has the freedom to install any app we want, (4) A working file system, (5) A universal sharing, (6) A back button, and last (7) Multi window support. Customization, widgets and skins, on iPhone we can put a few selected widgets in our notification drawer, but with Android we can choose from thousands of widgets that live in our home or lock screens and provide everything from playback to weather and note-taking. We have the freedom to install our own launcher (GoKeyboard, GoLauncher and GoLocker) and add a custom theme which makes our phones look and feel completely different and ours. It has more hardware options, including rugged phones, “Be together. Not the Same” Google’s marketing tagline for Android. We can get Android Phones with giant screens, small screens and QWERTY keyboard. If we want a new iPhone today, we have four choices, a large screen iPhone 6 Plus, a midsize iPhone 6 and two old models: the 4-inch iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c. Freedom to install any app we want. Apple may get some apps first, but it also limits which apps we can install by forcing us to go through a tightly controlled app store, we will need an Apple I.D. Google has its Play store for Android, it allows a competition from alternative stores, such as Apple app store. A working file system, copying files from iPhone to our computer, we will need to install iTunes and set up an account. Plug an Android Phone into our PC and instantly mounts as an external drive filled with we can drag and drop. Universal Sharing, Android we can share to any service of whose app we have installed, Twitter , Facebook, Google+ or anything we have installed. A back button, Android’s back button provides a simple and helpful way to return to a previous screen. Multi window support, Androids system can do a multi tasking process. While we are sending messages, we can browse the web.

Others say that iPhone beats Android for & reasons. First, iPhone has a better Design, (2) few Android Cameras can compare with iPhone 6’s camera, (3) No Android can match h iPhones finger print sensor, (4) Parents have more control over which apps kids use, (5) Apple Pay, (6) Software always be up-to-date and , (7) Great customer service. iPhone has a better design, there are lot of Android phones out there with chunky and plastic, iPhone has consistently has a better design than Android. Few Android Cameras can compare with iPhone 6’ camera, there are few Android cameras can be good as the camera of a iPhone 6 the Samsung Galaxy note can pretty well though. iPhone cameras has also the ability to shoot slow motion and time-lapse video. No Android can match h iPhones finger print sensor, some Android phones tried adding fingerprint sensors to their phones, but no of them  can be as useful as the  touch I.D of a iPhone. Apple called it Authentic that makes the best finger print sensor on a mobile phone. The Apple IOS 8 added feature called Family sharing that let us share the same application, books and other contents across the devices of our family members. Family sharing let us restrict certain apps that are not appropriate for out younger members of the family. Apple Pay is an easy to use mobile platform that accepted a lot of major retailers. Software always is up-to-date, once a year Google releases a new version of Android. But many Android users cannot get the latest software unless they buy a new phone. iPhone is different, current iPhone models can get the latest IOS updates as soon as possible. Last iPhone is a great customer support, if something goes wrong on our iPhone or we want to learn something, Apple app store has covered more than Android.

Exesus Media

Exesus Media

On the last blog that I have made recently on July 30, 2015, I gave opinions about new media and old media. What could their momentousness and inimical effects to our society I gave away some of my thoughts and examples. When new media is gaining to old media and in some way old media is stepping up from new media. In this blog, I will give some of my opinions about old media. The main topic is all about and old media and its magnitude for a person’s life. It will emphasize the presence about books and newspapers as a part of old media.

Yesterday, in a about in the morning, when I about to go to school. In the middle of traffic situation going on San Jose, because of an accident of two vans bumped to each other. I was sitting beside of the jeepney driver and a for about 45 years old man sitting at my right. The passengers of the jeep so focused on their cellular phones. After 40 minutes still waiting, the 45 year old man opened his bag picked up a newspaper. It became an “eye opener” for me. Imagine that most of the passengers are holding their android phones. Then suddenly a man bought out a newspaper. We can see or evaluate the throes between new media and old media. Newspapers are a part of old media; it gives us fair news then news from the internet, why? Newspapers elaborate news, it gives us details about is being address. Reading news is been a habit by Filipinos, it is a useful for everyone. They keep us well informed and they increase our broad-brush knowledge. It is a pioneer of our communication, there will be times when tech communication. Newspaper will be our source of information for what is happening to the society.

One day, when it is time to go home from school. My friends went to SM, While we are still in the jeepney. We talk about our book report from our English class. Our professor gave us PDF files to the book entitled “The Little Prince” were we about to read. MY friend gave an opinion about a PDF file and actual reading book. He said that he enjoys reading in books than books in a PDF file, why? In a book it enables us to love reading. In PDF files we will just scroll up and down but there is no turning of pages. Reading actual books encourages us to read books than a book from a pad/tablet. Books are of basic requirement of life, they said that this companion in term of loneliness. Everyone feels the difference between reading an actual book from a PDF file from the internet. It generates our social activity of a person.

Clash of Media

Clash of Media

New Media vs. Old Media, who do we think is winning in our modern time? Before I start this essay of mine. It still sinks in my mind when a task was given by one of our college professor of thinking about, what is New Media and what is Old Media. What are examples of New Media and Old Media? How do they differ from each other? What can New and Old media help us in our modern time and if new media and old media can work together? These questions quite helped in completing my thoughts about New Media and Old Media. I asked Google about the questions that sink in to my mind. Then results showed articles, pdf files and news about New Media and Old media. Even videos about New Media vs. Old Media, they even make an explanation. New Media or either they called it “Social Media” in our present time. It clearly enumerates the examples of New Media are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Televisions, newspapers, radio and magazines are some of the examples of Old Media.

Now let’s talk about Old Media , such as radios, televisions, newspapers and magazines. They are still in a growing competition from interactive online media. Listeners, readers and viewers around the globe are going online for their news. Not likely before reading news, people waited for their morning papers and just sat down in the dining room with hot cup of coffee. We can imagine that people now a day are not using any more news papers. They just turn on the computer and access on the internet and just search for the latest news of the day. About televisions, in my opinion, for an example, “the education movies for children”, in television we can manage and observe the positive effects for their movie education. Now on our modern time, YouTube can be not be a movie education. Why? Because there are many videos not appropriate for a child. He or she might find movies that are not yet for their age, their education is going to be a problem for his or her parents. We may say that their also good movies for children in YouTube. Radios, all we can do is to listen to the radio. It might be boring for just only listening; there are no animations we can see. But by using a radio, we can easily understand of the message.

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube are a part of New Media. Because they are social networking site. People are now more attached to social media than to Old Media. In terms of  its global awareness to the public. New Media can help us to make effortless to the searching of ideas and creativity. One factor that makes New Media not a safe for research purposes. Because, people can now publish their own books articles and news without publications from publication offices. Because we can see books from Facebook and other social Media . It is still reliable for research papers are publish books, articles and new. New Media can be help in finding books. New Media and Old Media, who is actually winning  in this modern time, some side. New Media is winning  and some part of old media is winning. Maybe they have their own strength and weaknesses over each other.
