After the death of Jesus, Christians designed themes and structures created relatively for worshipping Jesus. During these times the subject matter of the Christian art, consists mainly about Biblical figures, primary religious and architectural churches, these were created as a way to serve the Church.

Biblical figures such as the stories of Jonah, Daniel and Sunana from the book of Daniels were told. This stories tells when two judges saw Sunana with another man, the term called that day is “Adultery”, which was a law during that time, but a boy named Daniel does not believe the two judges, until Daniel told one of the judges to go and away. At the end people get mad and killed the two judges instead.

As the Christian art continuous, Christians continuous to worship to places and areas, such as the churches, were placed in many parts of Rome, Constantinople, Milan, Antoven, and Ravenna. In Early Christian art, architecture a distinct emphasis was placed on the centralized plan. Saint Peter’s Basilica was combined with the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem to create a new formal synthesis of great significance for religious architecture.

To remember about during the Christian art is that it came from a wide variety of background and previous religious belief; there was no president for Christian art, so the arts were completely new. Many reasons of these arts of the period were inspired such as, paintings and relief scuptures. Early Christian art gave artists many different kinds of beliefs on how to elaborate their art work, different symbols of Christianity were made during were Christians are hiding. Christians were merely persuaded the symbol of the cross gave protection to the Christians. Artists made their art from their beliefs; it gave them to express themselves to Jesus.
